Google Drive Access

Clouker uses Google Drive access solely to let you export your data (such as invoices, reports, and event details) into a Google Sheet or file that is created directly by the app in your Google Drive.

We only access files that Clouker itself creates on your behalf, or files you explicitly select through Google's file picker. We do not access, scan, or read any other files in your Google Drive.

Data Security

We use Google Firebase and Firestore as our backend infrastructure, which encrypts data in transit (via HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Access to your account data is restricted through role-based permissions, so only authorized members of your workspace (e.g. studio managers, artists, or team members you've granted access to) can view relevant information.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Access to Google user data within Clouker is limited to what's necessary to provide the export feature described above.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and app data for as long as your account remains active, in order to provide the service.

If you delete your account, we delete your associated data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Google user data accessed via Google Drive is not stored on our servers — files are created and remain directly in your own Google Drive, under your control. You can revoke Clouker's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page, and can delete any exported files directly from your Drive.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
